Lena K (Olena Kovalidou) is an author, psychologist, and therapist. She was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, but permanently relocated to Greece in 1996, at the age of 29. There, she successfully had her degree as a civil engineer recognized and founded her own architecture and construction firm. From a young age, Lena had a passion for books. She learned to read at the age of six and joined a library at seven, where she explored various genres, from world folk tales to classic literature, detective stories, romance, and science fiction. Many of her close ones foresaw a future writer in her. Still, in her early years, Lena chose a different path—first pursuing a career in engineering and later dedicating herself to psychology. In 2012, Lena began studying psychology and therapeutic techniques, which later became the foundation for her second business. In her work, she helps people discover their talents and unlock their potential, drawing inspiration from the lives of great individuals she encountered through literature. Although she found success in psychology, her passion for writing remained strong. Now, embracing her lifelong calling, Lena embarks on her writing career under the pen name Lena K. Her mission is to help people not only through therapy but also through her books, which inspire personal growth and transformation. She believes literature is a powerful tool for self-discovery and change, and with this new mission, Lena aims to combine her psychological expertise with the art of storytelling.
